The IB Mentor Project was created by IB diploma students in order to help younger students understand and navigate the IB program. Our goal is to share our knowledge and experiences so that students can make informed decisions about pursuing the diploma.
IB stands for International Baccalaureate, an international curriculum that exists at select schools all over the world. The IB Diploma is an optional program which allows gifted students to learn more about the world around them and apply their knowledge both in and outside the classroom.
The IB Mentors give presentations about the IB Diploma program at Fairview High School in Boulder, CO. These presentations are for students and parents who are interested in the diploma program and want to learn more. We encourage students anywhere from 8th to 11th grade to attend!
Different students have had varying experiences with the IB Diploma. There are many different paths to attain your IB Diploma, depending on what you're interested in. Students love to share their opinions and advice on the best ways to achieve the diploma.
