CAS
Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS)
aims to provide a counterbalance to the academic rigor of the IB Program. Students participate in a range of activities falling within
seven learning outcomes
and must complete and reflect on the 150 hour requirement (50 hours creativity, 50 hours activity, 50 hours service).
What does CAS mean?

Activity -

engagement with the community
in response to an authentic need

Please note that CAS activities go beyond any typical classroom work and must approved by the IB Coordinator.
*CAS hours CANNOT be counted until July between your sophomore and junior year
